Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the cinnamon-sugar mixture: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Brush each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then slice into 1½-inch pieces.
