Ingredients
Chicken Salad:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Wraps:
- 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for toasting
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Salad: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out tortillas, add lettuce and optional tomatoes. Spoon chicken salad over fillings. Roll tightly.
- Toast Wraps: Heat skillet, add oil or butter. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and heated through. Slice and serve.
