Chicken Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Wraps:

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Salad: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Assemble Wraps: Lay out tortillas, add lettuce and optional tomatoes. Spoon chicken salad over fillings. Roll tightly.
  3. Toast Wraps: Heat skillet, add oil or butter. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and heated through. Slice and serve.
