Ingredients
Egg Mixture:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Additional Fillings:
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2–3 large flour tortillas
- Non-stick spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or skillet.
- Prepare the Crust: Press tortillas into the dish to form a crust.
- Mix Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add cheese, bacon/ham, bell pepper, and onion.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into the tortilla crust and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Serve: Let cool before slicing and serving.
