Description
A refreshing Texas Peach Sangria combining the sweet flavors of peach vodka, fresh and frozen peaches, strawberries, and chardonnay wine, accented with mint and ginger ale for a perfect summer cocktail.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle chardonnay (750 ml)
- 1 cup peach vodka
- 2 cans peach nectar (Jumex)
- 1 cup ginger ale
Fruits and Herbs
- 1 bag frozen peaches
- 1 cup strawberries (diced, hull removed)
- 1/4 cup minced mint leaves
Instructions
- Pour Wine: Pour the entire bottle of chardonnay into a large pitcher suitable for at least 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon capacity.
- Add Fruits: Add the frozen peaches along with the diced strawberries into the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- Mix Liquids: Pour in the peach nectar and the peach vodka to the fruit and wine mixture.
- Combine: Stir all ingredients thoroughly to ensure the flavors meld together evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate the sangria mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the fruits to infuse the liquid.
- Finish with Bubbles and Mint: Just before serving, add the ginger ale and the minced mint leaves, stirring gently to distribute.
- Serve: Pour into glasses over ice if desired and enjoy this cool, fruity sangria.
