Ingredients

Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. Unroll the cinnamon rolls, setting the icing aside.
- Prepare Filling: Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the unrolled cinnamon rolls.
