Ingredients
For the Cookie Layers:

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- Red and green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture to form a soft dough.
- Divide and flavor dough: Divide dough into three parts. Add cherries and red coloring to one, chocolate chips to another, and pistachios with green coloring to the third. Layer doughs in prepared pan.
