Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Add egg, egg yolk, and melted butter. Mix in flour and salt to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise.
  2. Make the Filling: Cook peaches, sugar, spices, and cornstarch until thickened. Cool.
