Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 9–11 minutes until golden around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra soft cookies, slightly underbake and let them finish setting as they cool.
