- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook Sausage Mixture: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Add onion, garlic, Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Add Creamy Mixture: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer. Stir in mozzarella and half of Parmesan until melted.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake until golden and bubbly.
