Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon Bites: Season salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Lemon Butter Orzo: Sauté garlic in butter, add orzo and cook. Pour in broth, simmer until orzo is tender. Stir in lemon juice, zest, Parmesan, and parsley. Add back the salmon bites and toss gently.
- Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges.
