  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ribeye or deli roast beef, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté vegetables and beef: In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add beef and heat through.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and half of provolone cheese.
  4. Combine and season: Stir in cooked onion, pepper, and beef. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with baguette slices, crackers, or chips.
