Ingredients
For the Dip:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced ribeye or deli roast beef, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté vegetables and beef: In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add beef and heat through.
- Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and half of provolone cheese.
- Combine and season: Stir in cooked onion, pepper, and beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
