Ingredients
Cheerio Bars:
- 3 cups Cheerios cereal
Peanut Butter Mixture:

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional:
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cook Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and bubbling, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt. Pour over Cheerios in a bowl, stirring quickly to coat.
- Add Optional Ingredients: If using, fold in chocolate chips once slightly cooled.
- Set Bars: Press mixture into a pan, cool for at least 1 hour, then cut into squares.

- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
