Description

These Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a flavorful and healthy snack or side dish. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with savory Parmesan goodness, they are perfect for any occasion.

Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish and Dipping:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Marinara or ranch for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with Parmesan, and roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
  4. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes.
  • You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
