Ingredients
Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish and Dipping:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Marinara or ranch for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with Parmesan, and roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes.
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
