- 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix (0.7 ounces), divided
- ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the ham steaks, potatoes, and green beans evenly.
- Prepare Seasoning Mix: In a small bowl, combine 1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix with paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
- Season Potatoes: Toss the halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil and half of the prepared seasoning mix until evenly coated.
- Season Green Beans: Toss the trimmed green beans with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and the other half of the seasoning mix to ensure balanced flavor.
- Arrange Vegetables on Sheet Pan: Spread the seasoned potatoes on one side of a large sheet pan, then place the green beans next to them for even roasting.
- Layer Ham Steak: Slice each ham steak in half and lay the pieces evenly on the sheet pan alongside the vegetables.
- Prepare Honey Glaze: Mix the remaining envelope of Italian dressing mix with brown sugar, honey, and water until smooth and well combined for a sweet glaze.
- Glaze Ham: Brush each ham steak slice generously with the honey glaze, ensuring a sweet and savory coating.
- Bake: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through, and the ham is nicely caramelized.
Notes
- Use a rimmed baking sheet to prevent any glaze or juices from spilling during baking.
- For extra crispiness, broil the ham for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking if desired.
- Make sure to trim green beans well for even cooking and better texture.
- You can use smoked or regular ham steaks depending on your preference.
- This recipe is easily halved or doubled to suit your serving needs.
