Sesame Oil:
- 1 teaspoon
Onion (thinly sliced):

Garlic (minced):
- 2 cloves
Eggs (lightly beaten):

Frozen Peas and Carrots (thawed):

Instructions
- Cook Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, stir-fry beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce until cooked. Set aside.
