Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sauté onions until softened, then add garlic.
- Cook meat and potatoes: Brown ground beef or turkey, add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme, pour in broth, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
