Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)
For the filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup mini M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
- Whipped cream or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Add chocolate and M&M’s: Pour in the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in the mini M&M’s.
- Assemble: Pour the filling into the chocolate cookie crust and spread evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve: Before serving, garnish with additional mini M&M’s, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
- You can use a graham cracker or Oreo crust if preferred.
