Ingredients
Noodles:
- 12 ounces noodles (lo mein, spaghetti, or ramen)
Ground Beef:
- 1 pound ground beef
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (grated)
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- â…“ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Additional:
- 4 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
