Ingredients
Pudding Mixture

- 3/4 cup whole milk (cold)
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

- 1 roll Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies (crushed)
- Extra Cool Whip for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix, cold whole milk, and Bailey’s Irish Cream until the pudding begins to thicken. This will take about 2-3 minutes to ensure the pudding mix fully dissolves and starts setting.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until well combined and smooth, creating a creamy texture that’s light and fluffy.
- Add Crushed Cookies: Stir in the crushed Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies carefully to distribute evenly without losing the cookie crunch in the pudding mixture.
- Chill Shots: Spoon the pudding mixture into 12 small shot glasses or cups. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the pudding shots to firm up properly.
