Ingredients

For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix warm milk, melted butter, and eggs in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 6–8 minutes, then let rise for about 1 hour.
- Filling and Rolling: Roll out dough, spread lemon curd, roll into a log, and slice into rolls. Place in a baking dish, let rise for 30–40 minutes.
- Baking and Glazing: Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
