  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, shredded coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and egg.
