Ingredients
Cheese Filling:
- 4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or white)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 2–3 jalapeños, thinly sliced and deseeded
- 4 slices cooked bacon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Instructions
