Description

This Easy 4-Hour Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a comforting and delicious dump-and-go dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Layers of frozen cheese ravioli, seasoned meat, cheeses, and marinara sauce cook together to create a satisfying meal the whole family will love.

Frozen Cheese Ravioli Layer:

  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli

Meat Layer:

  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage

Sauce Layer:

  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

Cheese Layers:

  • 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings and Garnish:

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom. Layer ravioli, meat, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours until bubbly. Garnish with basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can make a vegetarian version with sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
  • No need to thaw the ravioli beforehand.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a salad for a complete meal.
