Ingredients
Cupcakes:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, orange extract, and orange zest.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients: Add dry ingredients and milk/orange juice alternately to the wet mixture.
- Bake: Divide batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange extract, zest, and orange juice until smooth.
- Decorate cupcakes: Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
