- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 1/2 cups milk (or a mix of milk and water)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Grease Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray or butter.
- Add Ingredients: Combine steel-cut oats, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, strawberries, vanilla extract, salt, and chia seeds (if using). Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Stir before serving. Top with extra strawberries and a splash of cream if desired.
Notes
- Use frozen strawberries for convenience.
- For thicker oatmeal, reduce the milk by 1/2 cup.
