  • 2 large Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and cut into 8 wedges)
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7UP)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Wrap apples in crescent dough: Separate crescent dough into triangles. Wrap each apple wedge in one crescent roll triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling to the tip. Place in baking dish.
