  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onion until translucent.
  2. Add seasonings: Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add broth and chicken: Pour in chicken broth, add chicken and noodles, simmer until noodles are tender.
