Cheese Tortellini:

  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)

Chicken & Broccoli:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini and Broccoli: Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes of boiling. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken pieces in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Combine and Serve: Return chicken, tortellini, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss in the sauce and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
