Ingredients
Cheese Tortellini:
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
Chicken & Broccoli:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini and Broccoli: Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes of boiling. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken pieces in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine and Serve: Return chicken, tortellini, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss in the sauce and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
