Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake layer:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
For the cranberry jam:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
For the white chocolate mousse:
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Make cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream. Pour over crust and bake until set. Cool and chill.
- Prepare cranberry jam: Simmer cranberries, orange juice, and sugar until thickened. Cool and spread over chilled cheesecake.
- Create white chocolate mousse: Melt white chocolate with cream, then cool. Whip remaining cream with vanilla and fold into chocolate. Spread over cranberry layer.
- Chill and serve: Chill cheesecake for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream, sugared cranberries, or white chocolate curls before serving.
