  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups (plus more for topping)
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Bottom: Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour into the chocolate cookie crust and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Fold in whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups. Pour over the chilled chocolate layer.
  3. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, peanut butter cups, and chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

  • You can use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping.
