Ingredients
For the Chocolate Bottom:
- 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups (plus more for topping)
- chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Bottom: Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour into the chocolate cookie crust and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Fold in whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups. Pour over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, peanut butter cups, and chocolate syrup before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping.
