Description

  • 1 pound frozen French fries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Loaded Toppings:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Bake the fries: Spread the fries on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil and seasonings. Bake until crispy, around 20–25 minutes.
  3. Prepare the chicken: Toss cooked chicken with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  4. Assemble: Once fries are crispy, layer BBQ chicken over them. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
