Ingredients
Fries:
- 1 pound frozen French fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Loaded Toppings:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
- Jalapeño slices (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Bake the fries: Spread the fries on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil and seasonings. Bake until crispy, around 20–25 minutes.
- Prepare the chicken: Toss cooked chicken with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
