Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough:

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
For Coating:
- 10 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, optional
Instructions
- Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in Wet Ingredients: Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the heat-treated flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Combine Chocolate Chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the dough for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Prepare Chocolate Coating: Melt the chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Line the Muffin Tin: Place paper liners in a mini muffin tin and coat with melted chocolate.
- Fill with Dough: Press cookie dough balls into each cup, top with more melted chocolate, and freeze until set.

Notes
- To heat-treat flour, microwave it for 1 minute or bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
