Description

Puff Pastry Bites:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small cubes (rind optional)
  • 1/4 cup jam or preserves (such as raspberry, fig, or apricot)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: chopped pecans, fresh thyme, or a drizzle of honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into squares, and press into the muffin tin wells.
