Description

This BLT Chicken Salad Recipe combines the classic flavors of a BLT sandwich with tender chicken and a creamy dressing. It’s a satisfying and flavorful dish that can be enjoyed on its own or in sandwiches.

Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup romaine or butter lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Serve on its own, in lettuce wraps, or in sandwiches.
