Description

This Banana Pudding Lush is a delightful no-bake dessert with layers of vanilla wafer crust, creamy filling, banana pudding, fresh bananas, and whipped topping. It’s a perfect sweet treat for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided

Banana Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced

Topping:

  • Additional vanilla wafers and banana slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter, press into dish, and chill.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold in half of whipped topping, spread over crust.
  3. Prepare Banana Pudding: Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened, spread over cream cheese layer, add sliced bananas.
  4. Finish the Layers: Spread remaining whipped topping over bananas, chill for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve: Garnish with extra banana slices and crushed wafers.

Notes

  • To prevent browning, toss banana slices in lemon juice.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips as toppings.
