Ingredients
Green Beans
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer. Preheat your air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes to ensure it’s hot and ready for cooking.
- Toss Green Beans with Oil. Place the trimmed green beans into a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well to coat all the beans evenly with the oil.
- Season the Beans. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the oiled green beans. Toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings for consistent flavor.
- Air Fry the Beans. Carefully arrange the seasoned green beans in a single layer inside the hot air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake the basket 2 to 3 times during cooking to ensure even crisping and cooking.
- Serve Immediately. Once the beans are blistered and tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately as a crunchy, savory side dish.
Notes
- You can adjust the garlic and onion powder according to your taste preference.
- Shaking the basket periodically helps cook the beans more evenly and prevents burning.
- For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon for a fresh twist.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
